30-Day Return and Refund Policy

GlowVista is operated by Shanghai Yueran Future Culture Media Co., Ltd. 

We accept return requests submitted within 30 days after an order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, free from pet hair, claw marks, stains, odors, or other damage, and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

To request a return, contact us at guilinqaz@126.com before sending the item back. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide the applicable return address and return instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please do not send returns to our registered business address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Return Shipping

For returns caused by a change of mind, an incorrect size or design selection, or an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, GlowVista will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or prepaid return shipping, depending on the circumstances.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at guilinqaz@126.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs or video showing the item, packaging, shipping label, and issue. We will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

- Items showing signs of use, scratching, pet hair, stains, odors, washing, or customer-caused damage
- Items returned without their original packaging
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards

Please contact us before returning an item if you have questions about its eligibility.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different design or size is to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return has been approved.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at guilinqaz@126.com.
